The agreement is effective upon the commencement of the selected plan and
remains in effect until terminated by either party.
Payment and Billing
Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle as outlined in the selected plan.
Failure to pay may result in the suspension or termination of services.
Cancellation and Refunds
Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
A 14-day satisfaction guarantee is provided. If not satisfied within the first 14 days, a full refund will be issued.
Service Modifications
Digitally Grown Phrases reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service, including plans and pricing, with or without notice.
Intellectual Property
The phrases created by Digitally Grown Phrases are the intellectual property of the client upon full payment. Digitally Grown Phrases retains the right to showcase these phrases in portfolios and promotional materials.
Confidentiality
Digitally Grown Phrases agrees to keep all client information and details confidential and will not share or disclose such information without the client's explicit consent.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during the consultation process.
Clients are responsible for implementing suggested changes and recommendations to maximize the effectiveness of Digitally Grown Phrases.
Limitation of Liability
Digitally Grown Phrases is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].
Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with or without cause by providing written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for any outstanding payments.
